At The Sweet Toof’ Factory, every order is handcrafted with care. We are committed to providing a smooth, enjoyable experience from booking through pickup or delivery. If you have questions about your order, allergies, pricing, or availability, we’re happy to help. Our goal is to create desserts that are as memorable as the moments they’re made for.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Your personal information is used only to process your order, communicate about your booking, and provide customer support. Payment information is securely processed through Wix Payments and is never stored by The Sweet Toof’ Factory. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order.

Terms and Conditions

Orders & Payments

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order date.
Orders are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
Remaining balances are due of pickup or delivery, unless discussed prior.
Last-minute orders may require full payment upfront.

Design Policy

Every cake is handcrafted.
Inspiration photos are welcomed, but exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
Artistic freedom may be used to create the best possible version of your design.

Changes & Cancellations

Design changes must be requested at least 7 days before your event.
Retainers are non-refundable.
Orders canceled within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds.

Pickup

Once a cake has been picked up and inspected, The Sweet Toof’ Factory is no longer responsible for damage caused during transport.
Cakes should remain on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle.

Delivery

Delivery fees are based on mileage.
Someone must be present to accept the order.
Delivery includes setup only if purchased.

Allergies

Products may contain or come into contact with:
- Wheat
- Eggs
- Milk
- Soy
- Tree Nuts
- Peanuts

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of custom desserts, refunds are not issued once an order has been completed.
Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours with photos.

Photos of completed orders may be used for marketing and social media unless otherwise requested.
